    Machine for baking donut-shaped products (American donuts) HDM5. The body is made of stainless steel. The work surface has a non-stick coating. Loading capacity: 5 pcs./cycle. Baked product size: 75 mm, opening: 20 mm. Productivity: at least 70 pcs./hour. Single-post. Heating is carried out simultaneously from above and below. Thermostat 50-300 C. Timer 0 - 5 min. A removable tray around the bottom work surface collects excess dough and makes cleaning easier. Sturdy base with rubber feet.

    Method of preparation: First, pour the batter into the molds, close the lid, and set the cooking time. After the machine beeps, open the lid and remove the finished product. Important!     Устройство аппарата и сам аппарат продуман и довольно прост в применении. НО! компания Фуд-сервис посчитала возможным рискнуть своей репутацией и вместо нового аппарата продала нам Б/У либо аппарат стоявший на демонстрации. Ну что же, отзыв соответствующий )

    Наталья, спасибо за ваш отзыв, из того что удалось выяснить у менеджеров, выяснили следующее: аппарат мы получили от импортера и при его проверке сервисом перед отгрузкой признаков его использования не заметили. В то же время аппарт Вы нам привезли через пару дней и мы без вопросов его поменяли на аналогичный аппарат другой фирмы, так как модель HDM-5 была последней. При возврате Вами аппарата нам, мы опять таки не видели следов его использования, поэтому и приняли его на обмен. Не исключаем, что аппарат мог быть на выставке у импеортера, но в целом на его работоспособности это никак не отражается. Кроме того каждую единицу оборудования мы в процесе отгрузки Вашему представителю показывали и проверяли при нем, стараясь максимально исключить ситуации, когда клиент останется недовольным сотрудничеством с нами.
