Description. Smoking chamber KKU-50
The KKU-50 universal smoking chamber is designed for high-quality natural cold and hot smoking, drying, curing, and drying any product: meat, lard, sausage, meat products, and hams; poultry, chicken legs, and semi-finished products; fish and fish products; cheeses, prunes, and more. Smoking occurs on suspended hooks or on shelves. The smokehouse consists of a hermetically sealed chamber, a remote smoke generator, and a control panel. The remote smoke generator operates on wood blocks measuring approximately 40 x 40 x 120 mm or wood chips. Its design ensures the generation of clean smoke (free of impurities, soot, carcinogens, and other harmful compounds) with consistent density and temperature. The control panel provides: setting the temperature in the chamber up to 10 levels execution time automatic activation of the smoke generator regulation of the volume of generated smoke work in automatic and manual mode The automatic mode is carried out using a programmable controller.
