    Description. Electric smokehouse KPE-4

    The smoking chamber is designed for hot smoking, baking and grilling meat, fish, poultry, seafood, cheeses and vegetables. Smokehouses are made of high-quality stainless steel. The electric smoker is designed for hot-smoked food production. Food prepared in it has a sharp, spicy, and appetizing flavor and aroma, and acquires a distinctive smoked color.

    The smoke is evenly distributed inside the chamber. The sawdust tray is easily removed. Consumer characteristics of the smokehouse:

    - made of stainless steel - the timer and thermostat are separated on the control panel - temperature range 50-130C, mechanical thermostat - mechanical timer - the smokehouse chamber is sealed using a heat-resistant seal - insulating material on the sides and top of the smokehouse prevents the outer surface from heating up - at the bottom of the oven there is a removable stainless steel grease collector - the volume of air removed from the furnace is 200 m3/h - there are 4 grates inside the oven.
