    The Braldey Smoker smoker is designed for hot smoking, baking and grilling meat, fish, poultry, seafood, cheeses and vegetables.

    Smokehouses are made of high-quality stainless steel. The electric smoker is designed for hot-smoked food production. Food prepared in it has a sharp, spicy, and appetizing flavor and aroma, and acquires a distinctive smoked color. The smoking process has a bactericidal effect, allowing hot-smoked products to be stored for 5 days (at a temperature of +5…+7°C), while cold-smoked products can be stored even longer. The smoking process in the oven occurs as follows: a specified amount of firewood is placed in the wood compartment, the product is loaded according to the technological chart, the required temperature and cooking time are set on the mechanical thermostat and timer. The included 6 wire shelves allow you to fully utilize the smoker's interior space. A special tray is installed in the bottom of the smoker to collect the juices released during smoking. A unique, retractable smoke generator is used to generate smoke from pre-wetted wood chips. Use cherry, maple, oak, or any other wood chips. To add a distinctive flavor to dishes, you can soak the chips in a solution of cognac or wine, or add fragrant basil, mint, or currant leaves. No extra costs for utilities - just plug the unit into a socket, and the sealed door eliminates the need to install an exhaust hood . The smoker controls smoking time and temperature automatically. The operator simply sets the desired values on the digital smoke generator, inserts the required number of briquettes into the tube, and then the entire process is automated.
