Description. Remta R 75 LPG (R75Z) Contact Gas Grill

The Remta gas contact grill toaster R 75 LPG is ideal for frying shawarma. Automatic security system.

LPG or natural gas. Electric ignition Gas consumption: 0.13 m3/h – 0.18 m3/h – 20 mbar – 1550 kcal. The body is made of stainless steel. The model has 1 pair (top + bottom) of working ribbed surfaces made of cast iron. Heating is carried out simultaneously from above and below in such a way that the temperature of the two working surfaces is regulated independently. The gas supply intensity is adjustable. The handles are made of heat-resistant material. Removable tray for collecting excess fat. The pressure of the upper working surface is regulated by a pressure spring, which ensures adaptation to different thicknesses of the product being prepared.

The frying surfaces are made of cast iron, which ensures excellent frying of the product. The body is made of stainless steel. Before use, we recommend thoroughly wiping the surfaces and preheating the grill at maximum temperature outdoors for 1-2 hours. Then, oil the surface.
