The top surface is adjustable in tilt, and there is a handle in the middle for this purpose. The upper working surface is fixed at the required height, which allows you to apply the necessary pressure on the product. A removable tray is provided to collect fat, which simultaneously protects the grill body and control panel from oil or food spills. The frying surfaces are made of cast iron, ensuring excellent searing. The body is made of stainless steel.
