Description. Contact grill-toaster (pressure) Uret STM 4
The Uret TSM 4 contact grill toaster with a locking top is ideal for frying shawarma, cooking steaks and other meat products. It has a small work surface, allowing you to place up to 2-3 shawarma rolls (or hot dogs) for warming. The top surface is adjustable, with a handle in the middle for this adjustment. The top surface presses down on the food, allowing it to be fried on both sides simultaneously. A removable tray is provided to collect fat, which also protects the grill body and control panel from oil or food spills. The frying surfaces are made of cast iron, ensuring excellent searing. The body is made of stainless steel. Before use, we recommend thoroughly wiping the surfaces and preheating the grill at maximum temperature outdoors for 1-2 hours. Then, oil the surface. ...
