The GoodFood ECG12 contact grill toaster is ideal for frying shawarma. The top surface is adjustable in tilt, and there is a handle in the middle for this purpose. The product is pressed down by the entire weight of the upper working surface. A removable tray is provided to collect fat, which simultaneously protects the grill body and control panel from oil or food spills.

The frying surfaces are made of cast iron, which ensures excellent frying of the product. The body is made of stainless steel. Before use, we recommend thoroughly wiping the surfaces and preheating the grill at maximum temperature outdoors for 1-2 hours. Then, oil the surface.
