The EWT INOX CGR22 contact grills are designed for frying large pieces of meat, sausages, sandwiches, and fish steaks: • the body is made of stainless steel; • the model has 2 separate ribbed upper working surfaces and a single ribbed lower working surface, made of cast iron; • heating is carried out simultaneously from above and below in such a way that the temperature of the two working surfaces is regulated independently; • the thermostat allows you to set the temperature from 50 to 300°C; • product preparation time – no more than 2.5 minutes; • handles are made of heat-resistant material; • removable tray for collecting excess fat; • the pressure of the upper working surface is regulated by a pressure spring, which ensures adaptation to different thicknesses of the product being prepared; • Comes with a scraper for easy cleaning.
