Description. Contact grill-toaster (pressure) Silver 2132
The Silver 2132 contact grill toaster is ideal for frying shawarma, cooking steaks and other meat products. The upper working surface is fixed at the required height , which allows you to apply the necessary pressure on the product. Upper ribbed surfaces - lower 1/2 smooth, 1/2 ribbed It has a small work surface, allowing you to place up to 2-3 shawarmas (hot dogs) inside for warming. The top surface is adjustable for tilt, thanks to a handle in the center. The entire weight of the top surface presses down on the food. A removable tray is provided to collect fat, which simultaneously protects the grill body and control panel from oil or food spills. The frying surfaces are made of cast iron, which ensures excellent frying of the product. The body is made of stainless steel. Before use, we recommend thoroughly wiping the surfaces and preheating the grill at maximum temperature outdoors for 1-2 hours. Then, oil the surface. ...
