All machines are designed for the production of all types of pasta, ensuring the quality and simplicity of the finished product. A highly reliable, automatic machine for mixing any type of flour, producing pasta with quick die changes, and rolling out the dough. Fully automatic machines for producing short-cut and long-cut pasta. These machines are suitable for restaurants, delicatessens, and retailers, producing both traditional and innovative pasta varieties. LA MONFERRINA P20 machines are designed for kneading and extruding dough, including egg dough, to form pasta of various formats. The body is coated with impact-resistant paint, the bowl and kneading tool are made of stainless steel, the screw is made of brass/bronze alloy, and the bowl lid has a safety microswitch. Additional accessories include brass/bronze alloy dies in various sizes and a rotary knife. They are used in cafes, restaurants, canteens of holiday homes and sanatoriums.
