    FIMAR machines are designed for mixing and extruding dough, including egg dough, to form pasta of various formats. The body is coated with impact-resistant paint, the bowl and kneading tool are made of stainless steel, the screw is made of brass/bronze alloy, and the bowl lid has a safety microswitch. Additional accessories include brass/bronze alloy dies in various sizes and a rotary knife. They are used in cafes, restaurants, canteens of holiday homes and sanatoriums. The hopper is made of stainless steel, the body is aluminum.
