Description. Pasta die for FIMAR MPF/2.5N and MPF/4N presses
If you are interested in this model, call 383-12-60, (067) 500-43-27. FIMAR machines are designed for kneading and extruding dough, including egg dough, to form pasta of various shapes. The body is coated with impact-resistant paint, the bowl and kneading tool are made of stainless steel, the screw is made of brass/bronze alloy, and a safety microswitch is located on the bowl lid. Additional accessories include brass/bronze alloy dies of various sizes and a rotary knife. They are used in cafes, restaurants, and canteens of rest homes and sanatoriums. The hopper is made of stainless steel, and the body is aluminum. Spinnerets of different shapes are available: 1.
