Description. Electric press knife FIMAR COLTELLO PF25E

FIMAR machines are designed for kneading and extruding dough, including egg dough, to form pasta of various shapes. The body is coated with impact-resistant paint, the bowl and kneading tool are made of stainless steel, the screw is made of brass/bronze alloy, and a safety microswitch is located on the bowl lid. Additional accessories include brass/bronze alloy dies of various sizes and a rotary knife. They are used in cafes, restaurants, and canteens of rest homes and sanatoriums.
