Description. Pasta press Fimar PF40E 1ph
FIMAR machines are designed for kneading and extruding dough, including egg dough, to form pasta of various shapes. The body is coated with impact-resistant paint, the bowl and kneading tool are made of stainless steel, the screw is made of brass/bronze alloy, and the bowl lid is equipped with a safety microswitch. The pressing unit is water-cooled. Optional accessories include brass/bronze alloy dies of various shapes. They are used in cafes, restaurants, and canteens of resorts and sanatoriums. Additional equipment: The die costs around 60 euros depending on the shape. Rotary knife included. 1.
