Description. Pasta press Fimar MPF/2,5CN
The FIMAR MPF/2.5CN pasta press with a rotary knife and dough mixer is designed for mixing and extruding dough, including egg dough, to form pasta of various shapes. The body is coated with impact-resistant paint, the bowl and kneading element are made of stainless steel, the screw is made of brass/bronze alloy, and a safety microswitch is located on the bowl lid. The dies are made of brass/bronze alloy and come in various sizes. Suitable for use in cafes, restaurants, and canteens at resorts and spas.
