The Fagor FT-E710 CL frying surface is designed for cooking various products directly on a hot work surface in canteens, cafes, restaurants, etc. Model with a smooth plate and a chrome-plated surface with a thickness of 50 microns. Laser cutting, automatic welding, and polished joints. Hidden screws. Thermostatic temperature control from 100 to 300 °C. The modular grilling countertops have two separate heating zones. Fast response and recovery time of the working surface temperature. The working surfaces are welded to the top of the stamped plate. The stamped body and its rounded edges make cleaning much easier. The frying surface is tilted forward to make it easier to collect fat and liquids. A hole for collecting cooking fat, a tray for collecting it. Access to control components from the front.
