The chrome-plated frying surface is equipped with edges around the perimeter to prevent fat splashes and a fat collector. The surface is smooth. This equipment is used in restaurants with Eastern and Western cuisine, fast food restaurants, cafes and bars. Frying surfaces are a great alternative to kitchen pans. The most important advantage is, of course, the excellent alternative to traditional kitchen pans. It's no secret that during the busiest times of cooking, there's not enough space on the stovetop. This significantly slows down the kitchen and, as a result, increases guest dissatisfaction. Another advantage of a griddle is that you can use any suitable work surface to place the equipment.
