Electric grill (frying surface) Custom Heat GE 24 has two heating zones, tabletop. The body is made of stainless steel, removable grates are made of cast iron. Smooth temperature control. A lava grill allows you to cook meat, fish, or vegetables on special lava stones that distribute heat evenly and absorb fat. This technology gives dishes the same flavor they would have acquired over a campfire, while preserving all the vitamins and minerals. The gentle cooking method keeps meat juicy and flavorful, creating a delicious browning. The principle of operation of the lava grill is based on the heating of lava stone located on a support grate made of stainless steel. A cast-iron cooking grate is placed over the heated stone. This grate is angled, allowing fat to drain freely into a dedicated container located at the base of the grill.
