Description. Electric frying surface Bertos E7FM8MP-2

Electric frying surface, smooth/ribbed, on an open base, Bertos E7FM8MP-2 The surface is designed for quickly frying meat, fish, vegetables, and other foods. It features a combined cooking zone—smooth and ribbed—with separate thermostats for independent temperature control, allowing you to cook two different dishes simultaneously using different cooking modes.

The cooking surface measures 795 x 500 mm. An 8 kW heating element is located beneath the frying surface. The work surface and front panel are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The surface is equipped with thermostatic control and a safety thermostat with manual reset. Temperature adjustment ranges from 50°C to 270°C. For safety, a light indicator and temperature indicator are built in. The cooking surface is sloped to drain waste fat into a removable container. The frying surface is equipped with edges around the perimeter to prevent fat from splattering.
