    The surface is intended for frying meat, fish and vegetable dishes. The frying surface is equipped with edges around the perimeter to prevent fat splashes and a grease collector. The surface is combined: half smooth, half ribbed. This equipment is used in restaurants with Eastern and Western cuisine, fast food restaurants, cafes and bars. Frying surfaces are a great alternative to kitchen frying pans. The main advantage is that it's a great alternative to traditional kitchen pans.
