Description. Schokinag Milk Chocolate Fountain Chocolate 33%
Purpose: for casting chocolate figures of any complexity, coating confectionery products, making chocolate candies, fondue, and chocolate fountains. Organoleptic characteristics: discs with a diameter of 22 mm, consistency, color, aroma and taste of milk chocolate. Ingredients: sugar 46.5%, cocoa butter 22.5%, milk powder 18.5%, cocoa mass 22%, emulsifier: soy lecithin 0.5%, natural vanilla extract. Directions for use: Heat the required amount of chocolate in a water bath at 45°C or in a microwave oven at 500 W. Temper and use at 28-29°C. Crystallize at 10-15 °C for 15 minutes. Avoid mixing chocolate with glazes and chocolate substitutes. Nutritional value per 100 g of product: proteins – 6.2 g, fats – 21 g, carbohydrates – 56.2 g, calories – 551.00 kcal.
