Temperature and motor speed can be adjusted separately using the touch control panel. The fondue fountain is designed to work with various types and varieties of milk, cream, dark, or white chocolate. It's preferable to use chocolate with a high cocoa butter content, created specifically for use in fondue fountains. You can also use confectionery chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars. You can dip strawberries, marshmallows, apple or citrus pieces, pastries, cookies, ice cream balls—whatever your imagination suggests—into the chocolate. For more sophisticated flavors, add alcohol to taste! You can use cheese and drop grapes, apples, bread, crackers, shrimp, or other seafood into the fountain! To use cheese, melt it first. Add white wine or cream until the consistency is right for free circulation in the fountain. Remember, the consistency shouldn't be thick. Barbecue sauces are also great for using in a fountain.
