Description. Chocolate for chocolate fountains Schokinag white
Chocolate discs for coating confectionery products , which contain at least 33-34% cocoa. Purpose: for casting chocolate figures of any complexity, coating confectionery products, making chocolate candies, fondue, and chocolate fountains. Organoleptic characteristics: discs with a diameter of 22 mm, consistency, color, aroma and taste of white chocolate. Ingredients: sugar 46.5% , cocoa butter 29.5%, whole milk powder 23.5%, emulsifier: soy lecithin 0.5%, natural vanilla extract. Directions for use: Heat the required amount of chocolate in a water bath at 45°C or in a microwave oven at 500 W. Temper and use at 28-29°C. Avoid mixing chocolate with glazes and chocolate substitutes. Nutritional value per 100 g of product: proteins - 7.0 g, fats - 39.7 g, carbohydrates - 50.5 g, calories - 590.00 kcal. Shelf life: 18 months from date of production. Storage conditions: in a dry place, protected from sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 20ºС. The price is for 1 kg. Manufacturer: Germany ....
