Description. Nutcao White Chocolate Fountain Chocolate
Chocolate discs for coating confectionery products , which contain at least 33-34% and 30% cocoa. Purpose: for casting chocolate figures of any complexity, coating confectionery products, making chocolate candies, fondue, and chocolate fountains. Organoleptic characteristics: discs with a diameter of 22 mm, consistency, color, aroma and taste of white chocolate. Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract. Directions for use: Heat the required amount of chocolate in a water bath at 40-45°C or in a microwave oven at 500W. Temper and use at 28-30°C. Avoid mixing chocolate with glazes and chocolate substitutes. Nutritional value per 100 g of product: proteins - 7.0 g, fats - 39.7 g, carbohydrates - 50.5 g, calories - 590.00 kcal.
