Description. Oceanpower OP3822 Soft Serve Ice Cream Freezer

The right part of the machine is designed for making ice cream or yogurt of three flavors (2+1), the left part can make milkshakes or ice cream or yogurt of one flavor. Compressors Aspera (Italy) or Cubik (Spain) Mixture level sensor (light signal alert) Protection against electrical and mechanical overloads, digital display, easy operation Patented evaporator and whisk system Productivity: 38 l/h, 300 portions/h (100 g/portion) + 22 l/h of shake or ice cream, may change with changes in the operating mode. After being poured into a pre-cooling container, the prepared mixture is forced into the cylinder by gravity. The motor, through a gearbox, rotates the auger at the required angular velocity, entraining the mixture and air, which enters the mixing cylinder through a special tube. A special wear-resistant coating on the auger scrapes frozen mixture from the cylinder walls with each revolution of the shaft. The mixture whips and acquires a creamy consistency, indicating that the product is ready for use. The ready-to-use time (the time it takes for the mixture to solidify in the cylinder) is 10-20 minutes. The finished ice cream is dispensed through a dispensing valve with a lever and is given the desired shape by the seller through simple circular movements. Constructed of stainless steel on a durable welded frame, our freezer guarantees reliability, convenience, and flexibility in a variety of operating conditions. The liquid mixture is cooled in a spacious upper reservoir, eliminating the need for constant refilling. An ultra-precise temperature control system is used to allow the operator to see when the product has reached the desired consistency, and a large capacity cylinder ensures high production rates.
