Calculation of the cost of production of soft ice cream:
Take 1 kg of dry mix costing 105 UAH and mix it with 2 liters of water at 1 UAH per liter, resulting in 3 kg of liquid mix. The cost price of 1 kg/cm is 35.67 UAH (107 UAH / 3 kg = 35.67 UAH).
The weight of 1 serving of ice cream is 80 g. From 1 kg of liquid mixture you will get 12.5 servings (1 kg. f/cm./80 g = 12.5 servings).
Therefore, the cost price of 1 serving is 2.85 UAH (35.67 UAH / 12.5 servings = 2.853 UAH)
