Requirements for dry mixes and soft ice cream:
Dry mix consistency: fine and fine-grained powder; the presence of granulated sugar grains and lumps that easily disintegrate under mechanical stress is permitted. The presence of coloring particles is permitted when used.
The consistency of frozen soft ice cream, when the dilution recipe is followed, is creamy, uniform, without ice crystals, lumps of stabilizer and fat (flaky or sandy consistency is not allowed).
The shelf life of dry mix for soft ice cream is 6 months from the production date.

Calculation of the cost of production of soft ice cream:
Take 1 kg of dry mix costing 95 UAH and mix it with 2 liters of water to get 3 kg of liquid mix. The cost price of 1 kg/cm is 36 UAH (96 UAH / 3 kg = 32 UAH).
The weight of 1 serving of ice cream is 80 g. From 1 kg of liquid mixture you will get 12.5 servings (1 kg. f/cm./80 g = 12.5 servings).
Therefore, the cost price of 1 serving is 2.56 UAH (32 UAH / 12.5 servings = 2.56 UAH)
And taking into account the waffle cone (0.63 UAH), the cost of 1 serving of soft ice cream will be 3.19 UAH.

Whole milk powder, White sugar, Dextrose, Skimmed milk powder, Cocoa powder, Demineralized cheese whey, Stabilizer RM-12 (guar gum, locust bean gum, carboxymethyl cellulose), Vanillin flavoring.
Dissolve 1 kg of the mixture in 2 liters of water (recommended temperature 30-30 degrees), mix well, let it brew for 20-30 minutes, strain.
