    Description. Taylor 161 Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker

    Tabletop freezer for 2+1 types of ice cream. This freezer features convenient and easy-to-use electronic controls for increased reliability and ease of use, as well as auger jam protection and a high-precision thermostat to maintain the ice cream at the set temperature as it exits the working cylinder. The housing, pre-cooling tank, working cylinder, and internal components are made of stainless steel, making cleaning and surface treatment quick and easy.

    After being poured into a pre-cooling container, the prepared mixture is forced into the cylinder by gravity. A powerful motor, through a gearbox, rotates the auger at the required angular velocity, entraining the mixture and air, which enters the mixing cylinder through a special tube. A special wear-resistant PTFE blade scrapes the frozen mixture from the cylinder walls with each revolution of the stainless steel shaft. The mixture whips and acquires a creamy consistency, indicating that the product is ready for use. The ready-to-use time (the time it takes for the mixture to solidify in the cylinder) is 10-20 minutes. The finished ice cream is dispensed through a lever-operated dispensing valve and shaped by the vendor using simple circular movements. The single cone and, consequently, the production of only one type of ice cream is successfully compensated for by purchasing and using a variety of sweet toppings and syrups (plus fillings such as nuts and chocolate chips). Constructed of stainless steel on a durable welded frame, our freezer guarantees reliability, convenience, and flexibility in a variety of operating conditions. The liquid mixture is cooled in a spacious upper reservoir, eliminating the need for constant refilling.
