Description. Oceanpower OP138C Soft Serve Ice Cream Freezer
The Oceanpower OP138C soft-serve ice cream freezer with overnight storage mode is the best model in terms of price/quality/features/reliability. Compared to similar Chinese-made machines, the OP138C is virtually the only one that lasts for several seasons without breaking down. This model has been proven over years of use in a variety of conditions.

This tabletop soft-serve ice cream maker, with capacity for 2+1 flavors, features convenient and easy-to-use electronic controls for increased reliability and ease of use, and a high-precision thermostat to maintain the ice cream at the set temperature as it exits the working cylinder. The housing, pre-cooling tank, and working cylinder are made of stainless steel, making cleaning and surface treatment quick and easy.
After being poured into a pre-cooling container, the prepared mixture is forced into the cylinder by gravity. A motor, via a gearbox, rotates the auger at the required angular velocity, entraining the mixture and air, which enters the mixing cylinder through a special tube. A special wear-resistant coating on the auger scrapes frozen mixture from the cylinder walls with each revolution of the shaft. The mixture whips and acquires a creamy consistency, indicating that the product is ready to use. The soft-serve ice cream production system is ready for operation (the time it takes for the mixture to solidify in the cylinder) in 10-20 minutes.
The finished ice cream is dispensed through a dispensing valve with a lever and is given the desired shape by the seller using simple circular movements.
Constructed of stainless steel on a durable welded frame, our freezer guarantees reliability, convenience, and flexibility in a variety of operating conditions. The liquid mixture is cooled in a spacious upper reservoir, eliminating the need for constant refilling.
