    Description. Dough mixer TM-25 (380V)

    The MT-25 dough machine is designed for kneading not only yeast dough, but also hard dough in small bakery enterprises, confectionery shops and large food establishments. Tistomis MT-25 is produced in climatic conditions category 3 according to GOST 15150-69 for operation at temperatures from plus 1 to plus 40°C.

    All MT-25 test bodies that handle the product are made from grub stainless steel. The design of the testomys makes it easy to clean and maintain the testomy itself. The crust on the bowl has been transferred. The test machine MT-25 is distinguished by its ease of operation and maintenance and meets all established requirements for hygiene and safety.

    The electric drive of the machine wraps a bowl filled with mixture for preparing dough. At the same time, a spiral is wrapped around the container as the dough is mixed. The entire wrap around the axis and the spiral in the middle will ensure that the dough is thoroughly mixed. The special shape of the spiral allows you to knead a small amount of dough. To protect service personnel from injury to the spiral that wraps, a cover is installed on the container. The design of the lid makes it easier to add ingredients (flour, water, etc.). For ease of tightening or storage, a shield is installed with straight rollers. The lid and shield are protected with micromicrochemicals. As soon as one of them is used, the machine starts to grind.
