Description. Dough mixer EFC HS-20
The EFC SM20 yeast dough mixer is designed for mixing dough for pizza, pies, buns, pastries, bread, and many other baked goods. This model of professional dough mixing equipment for bakeries and food service establishments can be used in bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, and even at home. For safe operation, it is equipped with a microswitch on the bowl mesh. The mixer features a reliable chain drive. The bowl, bowl protective mesh, and dough-mixing spiral are made of stainless steel. It features low noise levels. The bowl is non-removable, measuring 360 x 214 mm, and the mixer mechanism is non-lifting. It complies with CE standards. Bowl volume: 21 l. One-time dough loading: 12 kg. The time for one kneading is 12-18 minutes. One rotation speed. 2 bowl rotation speeds: 12/20 rpm. 2 hook rotation speeds: 150/200 rpm.
