The FIMAR 18/FN spiral dough mixer is designed for kneading yeast dough for products such as buns, bread, pies, and pizza. This model of professional dough mixing equipment was developed by an Italian company for bakeries and food service establishments, including restaurants, pizzerias, cafeterias, and cafes.
The FIMAR dough mixer body is coated with impact-resistant paint, while the parts in contact with food (the bowl, spiral, and dough divider) are made of stainless steel. The bowl lid features a safety microswitch. Models 12-18-25-38 are equipped with a smoked polycarbonate lid as standard, while models 7 and 50 only feature a stainless steel mesh lid. The CN and FN models feature a lifting head with a kneading element, while the CN model has a removable bowl.
Additional equipment for FIMAR dough mixers: timer for 0-30 minutes, motor overload protection, stainless steel mesh lid (only for models 12-18-25-38), set of wheels and low trolley on wheels.
