    The Rauder LB-2.7 blender is designed to perform a wide range of operations involving chopping, mixing, emulsifying and whipping various food products. Has a speed variator + pulse mode. 1 glass beaker with a capacity of 2.7 l with a knife, lid and measuring cap. The body material is high-quality plastic. Speed adjustment (26000 - 28000 rpm) can be made during operation without stopping the equipment. Productivity 90 cups/hour The equipment is intended to operate only in intermittent short-term mode with a working cycle duration of no more than 5 minutes. This means that after every 5 minutes of work a technological break of at least 5 minutes is required. Can be used to crush ice. The model is supplied without a protective cover!
