The Gemlux GL-PB-999P blender is designed for preparing cocktails of all different consistencies and ingredients, fruit and vegetable drinks, smoothies, and more. It also features an ice crusher, which quickly produces crushed ice, often used in cocktails.

The Gemlux GL-PB-999P blender features electronic controls with an LCD display that displays the run time and blade speed. It has 10 speed settings: nine of them are designated by Arabic numerals from 1 to 9, while the 10th is marked with the letter "H" (for high). The speed is changed by turning the knob. The run time can be set from 0 to 10 minutes in 10-second increments. You can also choose from five preset operating modes:
— "PULSE" – short-term activation at maximum speed. Used, for example, to quickly clean a glass;
— “ICE” – ice crushing, cycle duration 30 seconds;
— “NUT” – crushing nuts, cycle duration is 1 minute;
— “JUICE” – preparation of juices with pulp, cycle duration 1 minute 30 seconds;
— “SOYA MILK” – grinding soybeans and preparing soy milk with heating, cycle duration 6 minutes.
The Gemlux GL-PB-999P blender is equipped with a massive motor unit in a durable aluminum housing, which ensures stability even under maximum load.
The equipment is designed to operate in intermittent short-term mode with a working cycle duration of no more than 5 minutes.
This means that after every 5 minutes of work a technological break of at least 5 minutes is required.
Using the capabilities of this Gemlux GL-PB-999P blender can significantly expand the variety of dishes offered to guests. This blender is ideal for use in any small-volume catering establishment.

PASSPORT Blender Model: B -777 L CONTENT IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES When working with this electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read the instructions completely.
2. Before use, make sure that the voltage indicated on the device matches the voltage in your electrical network.
3. Ensure that the cord does not come into contact with hot surfaces or hang over the edge of a table or shelf.
4. Do not use the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged, or if it malfunctions or has been damaged in any way. Always have it inspected, repaired, or adjusted by a qualified technician.

14. Do not leave the device unattended.
15. Before removing the blender from the motor, make sure the blades have stopped completely.
16. Always use the blender with the lid closed.
17. Always install the device on an isolated, dry, level surface.
18. Never place the appliance on or near a gas or electric burner, or close to heating devices.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Blender glass 1. Before first use, unpack the device and lay out all parts on a horizontal surface.
2. The cap, lid, cup, blades, and cup base are already installed on the motor. All parts except the motor must be disassembled for cleaning. See the CARE AND CLEANING section below.
3. Thoroughly wash and dry all parts, then assemble.
1) Place the blades into the glass. See Fig.1.
2) Place the base of the glass on the blades, holding the glass by the handle, fix the base of the glass in the bottom by turning the base counterclockwise until it stops, as shown in Fig.2
3) Place the lid on the glass. See Fig.3.
4) Place the cap on the lid and fix it by turning it as shown in Fig.4.
5) Place the assembled cup on the motor and secure it by turning it clockwise until it stops. (See Fig.5)

Operating procedure This unit has an LCD display that shows the total running time of 2 minutes for each selected speed.
Usage : 1. Place the ingredients to be mixed in the glass and close the lid. See Fig. 6. Make sure the cap is in place. When crushing ice or other solid ingredients, hold the lid in place with your hand.
Note: The volume of the mixture should not exceed the maximum volume of the glass (1500 ml)
2. Connect to the network, press the POWER button, after the beep the LCD display will turn on and “00” will appear. (See “
REMOTE CONTROL ”) The POWER button indicator will flash, the backlight of the other three buttons will turn on, the indicator of the default function – MIX – will appear.
3. Press the FUNCTION button to select the desired speed: MIX (1), CHOP (2), SLICK (3), LIQUID (4), PUREE (5) or ICE CRUSH. The selected setting will appear on the remote control, and the LCD display will show the total running time of 2 minutes for each setting.
4. Press the START/CANCEL button to start the device; the START/CANCEL button will begin flashing. The POWER button will stop flashing and the LCD display will begin counting down.
Note: During operation, you can press the PULSE button once to accelerate and again to cancel acceleration.
5. When the countdown is complete, i.e. the work is completed, a sound signal is emitted, the device stops automatically, i.e. the POWER button starts flashing, and the START/CANCEL button stops flashing and lights up steadily.
Note: During operation, if the desired effect has been achieved, you can press the START/CANCEL button to stop operation. The POWER light will begin flashing, and the START/CANCEL button will stop flashing and remain lit.
6. After use, press the POWER button to unplug the device.

Note: A minimum of 1 minute break is required between two consecutive cycles. Important: For faster or more thorough blending, use the PULSE button. For best results when crushing ice, use the ICE CRUSH function.
If you need to add ingredients during the process, remove the cap and add them through the opening. See Fig. 7.
To remove the glass, turn it as shown in Fig. 5. Remove the lid to remove the contents.
Recommendations: To make smoothies from fresh or frozen fruit, peel and core the fruit and cut into pieces.
To ensure better mixing of foods and liquids, pour the liquid into the glass first and then add the solids.
There are some tasks that cannot be performed effectively with a blender, such as: beating egg whites, whipping cream, mashing potatoes, kneading dough, and squeezing juice from fruits and vegetables.
To avoid spoilage, do not put bones or large pieces of hard food, such as turnips, into the blender.
To crush ice, use appropriately sized cubes. Hold the lid with one hand and use the ICE CRUSH function. To add more ice, remove the cap and add cubes one at a time through the hole in the lid.
CARE AND CLEANING Parts of this device are not user-replaceable. If servicing is necessary, contact a qualified technician. 1. Before cleaning, press the START/CANCEL button to complete all operations and press the POWER button to turn off the unit. Unplug the blender.
2. Always wash the blender after use. Don't let ingredients dry in the blender, as this will make cleaning difficult.
3. Pour some warm soapy water into the glass, turn on the PULSE button, then turn it off and pour the water out of the glass.
4. Disassemble all removable parts. Detach the assembled cup from the motor, then remove the cup base, take out the blades, and then remove the cap and lid.
5. Wash the cap, lid, glass, and base by hand or in the dishwasher, then dry. These parts are dishwasher safe, but the temperature should not exceed 70ºC.
6. Carefully clean the blades, then rinse under running water. Be careful not to touch the sharp edges.
Do not immerse the blades in water. Dry upside down, out of reach of children.
7. Wipe the motor housing with a damp cloth and dry. Remove stains with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.
8. If liquid gets into the motor, first turn off the power to the device, then wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly.
