The professional bar blender is equipped with a 2.5L polycarbonate jar. Designed for chopping vegetables and fruits, preparing cocktails, smoothies, desserts, and also for crushing ice Replaceable stainless steel blade with titanium coating Manual control with rotary knob for speed adjustment and pulse function Sound-insulating polycarbonate hood, blender only works when the lid is fully closed The set includes a shock-resistant 2.5-liter polycarbonate beaker with a durable PBT polymer lid and a small polycarbonate measuring cup.
