An additional small lid allows you to add ingredients during operation. Replaceable stainless steel blades are easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. The blender body and working parts are made of stainless steel. The EWT INOX CBS-3 professional blender also features a safety system that protects the equipment from overheating.
