Description. 3-section bakery oven ШП-3-1К with single-chamber convection
The bakery cabinet is used for baking buns, pies, shortbread cookies, croissants, and various bakery products. In the 3-section bakery ovens ШП-3-1К, one of the three sections is equipped with a fan to ensure forced convection mode. Convection ovens are considered the most common appliance in commercial bakeries. These ovens bake quickly and evenly. Peculiarities: the main working elements of the products are made of stainless steel; The set temperature is maintained automatically. The heating level of the oven's heating elements (separately for the upper and lower heating elements) is regulated by a step regulator; the oven design ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire working chamber; The front panel of the baking oven has a tray for supplying water to the steam chamber.
