Description. Deck oven Frosty MFE-24H
The FROSTY MFE-36H deck oven is a professional piece of equipment used in supermarkets, mechanized bakeries, restaurants, confectionery shops, and catering establishments. Baked goods produced in deck ovens are characterized by high quality due to the uniform temperature distribution and steam generation within the baking chamber. The deck is a metal or ceramic plate on which the baked goods are baked. Baked goods are placed on the deck in pans or on baking sheets. Heating elements, located under the bottom and arch of each chamber, are installed in the upper and lower parts of the working chamber, ensuring constant, uniform heat distribution. In the case of a multi-chamber oven design, each oven section is independent of each other, equipped with an independent thermostat with the ability to turn off the upper heating elements and a steam humidification system for each section. Steam humidification in the oven sections is achieved through water evaporation trays. Water is poured into the trays through openings located on the left side of each chamber. The design features of the furnace ensure its efficiency, reliability and long service life: - the base of the stove is made of metal or ceramic material, allowing it to accumulate a large amount of heat; - the steam humidification system allows you to distribute steam evenly throughout each section of the oven. - setting the temperature parameters and counting the time, giving an audible signal at the end of the set time, is carried out using an electronic control panel; - the working chamber of the furnace is made of heat-resistant alloy steel; - easy access to all units for inspection and maintenance; - hearth furnaces have minimal heat loss due to the use of modern thermal insulation materials. - hearth furnaces have a welded design.
