Description. Rauder RKP-3 electric deck oven
The Rauder RKP-3 electric deck oven is designed for use in catering establishments, hotels, supermarkets, bakeries and confectionery industries for baking various bakery products: rye-wheat and wheat breads, flour confectionery, puff pastries, cookies and gingerbread, soufflés and biscuits, as well as meat, fish and vegetable dishes. Baking takes place on hearths—metal plates on which the baked goods are baked directly or using molds. Bread baked in a hearth oven turns out airy, porous, and crispy, while pizza is baked to perfection. The oven is equipped with a digital thermometer, two thermostats (20°C/350°C), and a digital timer. The oven body is made of painted steel, with a stainless steel front panel. It has three tiers....
