    The BERG SZ-EO12 single-chamber electric deck oven is used for baking fresh, golden-brown, and aromatic bread, baguettes, buns, pizza, roasting meat, and other dishes in small bakeries, supermarket baking departments, or catering establishments. Fireclay stone on the hearth of the kiln accumulates heat and distributes it evenly across the entire surface, ensuring that the products are sintered uniformly. The stone's porous structure allows it to absorb excess moisture from the dough, giving bread and buns a crispy, golden crust. The baked goods taste close to those baked on a wood fire. Mechanical control panel. Separate temperature control of the upper and lower heating elements. Observation window.
