The working shafts rotate on ball bearings. The cutting unit and protective cover are easily removed, providing easy access for cleaning and washing the equipment. The safety system is designed to prevent injury to the operator when feeding meat to the knives. Operator safety is ensured by automatic engine shutdown if the blade guard is removed or slightly displaced from its operating position. Peculiarities: The stainless steel loading opening prevents fingers from getting caught between the blades. Even the slightest movement of the blade guard on the lid immediately stops the motor. The blades are also reliably protected on the inside. Durable body. The mechanism runs on oil. No additional lubrication is required. The shafts are equipped with ball bearings.
