Description. Frosty ETS737 Tenderizer

The FROSTY ETS737 ( TS737/TC8) tenderizer is designed to loosen meat and shape it for further cooking . Meat is fed into the working area through a guide box, passes between cutting rollers that trim the muscle tissue, and is ejected from the machine.

After processing meat in a tenderizer, the marinating process, as well as the time of its subsequent heat treatment, is reduced by approximately 2 times. Frosty ETS737 tenderizer - includes the TS527A attachment and the base from the Frosty TC8 meat grinder

Our tenderizer reduces marinating time by three-quarters compared to traditional meat processing.
