    Meat tenderizer-ripper MT-T22 from a Taiwanese company The JeJu KT is designed to loosen meat and give it a shape convenient for further cooking with a maximum capacity of up to 200 kg per hour. After processing meat in a tenderizer, the marinating process, as well as the time of its subsequent heat treatment, is reduced by approximately 2 times

    The machine consists of a stainless steel frame on which is located an electric motor that transmits rotation to two working shafts. The shaft is equipped with blades, each of which has cutting edges. The rotation mechanism is completely immersed in oil, which ensures reliable operation of the gearbox.

    Operating principle. The meat is fed into the work area via a guide chute. It passes between cutting rollers that trim the muscle tissue and is ejected from the machine. Technical specifications:
