The FROSTY TS737A tenderizer is designed to loosen meat and shape it for further cooking . Meat is fed into the working area through a guide box, passes between cutting rollers that trim the muscle tissue, and is ejected from the machine.

After processing meat in a tenderizer, the marinating process, as well as the time of its subsequent heat treatment, is reduced by approximately 2 times. Tenderizer FROSTY TS527A - can also be used as an attachment for the meat grinder FROSTY TC8 , FROSTY TC12 Tenderizer blades made of stainless steel.

Our tenderizer reduces marinating time by three-quarters compared to traditional meat processing. Cooking, frying, and grilling time for tenderized meat are reduced by almost 50%, and the meat shrinks significantly less.
