The Sirman CICLONE 15 VV hand mixer is designed for chopping and mixing products until smooth. Hand mixers are recommended for restaurants, canteens, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, bakeries and pastry shops, commercial kitchens and small industries. They allow you to prepare: sauces, pureed vegetable soups, fish soups, vegetable purees, liver pates, fruit purees, jams, baby and diet food, pancake batter, creams, meringues, whipped cream, mayonnaise (we recommend a whisk), mashed potatoes, cottage cheese mixtures, pancake batter (we recommend a whisk). - Efficient engine cooling system - Strong yet lightweight ABS (alkyl benzene sulfonate) supporting structure with fiberglass - Practical and ergonomic handle - Models with constant and variable speed are available - Safety device against accidental activation - Engine lock button - Models with 3 power levels are available - The device has a protection rating of IP x3 - Quick rod mounting system - Rods of 25 and 35 cm length are available - A knife with three blades made of knife steel - Includes a removable stainless steel blender attachment Options: - Capacity support - Wall support - Whisk - Whisk with metal clutch - Stainless steel whisks are easy to remove and wash in the dishwasher. ...
