The Dynamic Mixer MX91-410 (MX005) hand mixer is recommended for restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, bakeries and pastry shops, commercial kitchens, and small production facilities. This model is designed for chopping and mixing ingredients until smooth. How to use a mixer.
When operating the mixer, hold the handle with one hand and the mixing bowl with the other. It's also recommended to tilt the mixer slightly to prevent the beater attachment from touching the bottom of the mixing bowl. To avoid splashing, ensure the beater attachment is fully submerged in the product, and keep the vents on the motor unit clear of any liquid. For optimal performance, lower the mixer to 2/3 of its length.
Also, for ease of use, it is recommended to hold the hand mixer by the handle with one hand and support the base of the motor block with the other.
You can also hold the whisk by the handle with one hand and support the edge of the pan with the other, if necessary. To ensure perfect consistency of the product being cooked, move the whisk in the bowl while working. Keep the whisk toward the sides of the bowl. For optimal efficiency, immerse the whisk at least 1/5 of the way. It is also recommended to start at low speed.
CLEANING AND CARE
Place the "leg" in clean water and turn on the blender for 3 or more seconds to clean the inside of the "bell" Wash the outer parts of the "leg" and bell under low-pressure running water. Wipe the motor unit with a slightly damp sponge or soft cloth. !!! Never wash under high pressure water or in the dishwasher Use the wall mount to store your device.
