The Apach AFM 350 VVC 300 hand mixer is designed for chopping and mixing ingredients until smooth. Hand mixers are recommended for restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, bakeries and pastry shops, commercial kitchens, and small production facilities.
