The ROBOT COUPE CMP 350 VV hand mixer is designed for chopping and mixing ingredients until smooth. Hand mixers are recommended for restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, bakeries and pastry shops, commercial kitchens, and small production facilities. They allow you to prepare: sauces, pureed vegetable soups, fish soups, vegetable purees, liver pates, fruit purees, jams, baby and diet food, pancake batter, creams, meringues, whipped cream, mayonnaise (we recommend a whisk), mashed potatoes, cottage cheese mixtures, pancake batter (we recommend a whisk). • automatically adjustable speed; • removable and collapsible attachment and knife; • nozzle with a 3-level sealing system; • perfect hygiene: the rod, knife and chopper attachment are made of stainless steel and are easy to disassemble – a patented Robot-Coupe exclusive; • reliability of the device: the choice of materials and carefully designed design ensure a long service life; • high productivity: increased engine power allows working with large volumes and ensures high quality of the final product; • easy to care for: the rod, blade and chopper attachment are made entirely of stainless steel. • compactness of the model: small size and convenient controls are specially designed for working with small volumes of products; • models with adjustable speed: thanks to the gradual acceleration of the blade rotation, splashing of the product is prevented (allows you to select the optimal operating mode); • automatic speed control system: constant speed when working with any type of product.
