The ROBOT COUPE Mini MP 240 VV hand mixer is recommended for restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, bakeries and pastry shops, commercial kitchens, and small production facilities. This model is designed for chopping and mixing ingredients until smooth. It is specifically designed for preparing small portions in small batches.
